I am of a mom of 3 under 3. I am 30 years old and happily married for 5 years to my husband.
Our bodies were designed to grow and birth babies but bringing another life into this world doesn’t mean the end of our own body as we once knew it. Postpartum is forever. So learn how to optimize and heal your body before, during, and after pregnancy. Klaire combines her two therapy passions- returning people to exercise and helping pregnant and postpartum women feel like themselves again through a holistic approach.
Her passion for women's pelvic health stems from her own difficulties with pregnancy and postpartum. She understands first hand the mental, physical, and emotional changes during this time of life. Her mission is to bring awareness to the issues women face and encourage women to seek the help they need to return to a life they love.
Klaire has continued education through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and is a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.
With the right care, you can regain the strength and confidence to return to activities you love (yes, even running and jumping)!
Klaire enjoys being with her family, working out, being outdoors, and traveling.
