My core philosophy behind personal training is focusing on the mastery of functional movements, such as push, pull, squat, hinge, and carry. With my clients, l also emphasize core and balance exercises.
I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health; the mind and body are interconnected. With this idea, I focus on positive thinking and goal setting, while also working with each client's individual needs.
