After transitioning from a career in engineering, Erin followed her passion for fitness, to become a group fitness instructor, earning certifications such as ACE Group Fitness, Schwinn Power Cycling, and SilverSneakers Classic. She believes in fitness for lifelong health and the enjoyment of outdoor adventures like trail running, skiing, cycling, and hiking. Her teaching style is supportive and encouraging, focusing on getting to know her students and tailoring classes to their individual goals and limitations.
