My group fitness journey kicked off during my college days at Virginia Tech, where I became obsessed and never looked back. After spending 14 years visiting hundreds of gyms and studios around the country and participating in almost every group fitness format from boot camps, to Bikram Yoga, to pilates, barre, spin, boxing, and more - I have a depth of experience and exposure to various styles fitness that I bring into each of my classes. 

As an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor, I teach boot camp, circuit, strength, and HIIT formats each week at a luxury gym in the DC Metro Area called VIDA Fitness. I'm ready to help you crush your goals and have a fantastic time while we're at it. 

When I'm not leading classes, you can find me on the volleyball court, playing flag football, hiking, or chasing my very hyper daughter around! She keeps me on my toes and reminds me that fitness is all about fun and movement. 

I'm all about workouts that help us discover what we’re capable of and leave us feeling empowered. Confession? I'm one of those rare breeds who actually loves burpees! But don't worry, I promise not to overdo it in our classes – well, most of the time.
