Ahlora Pannkuk

Ahlora Pannkuk is a certified fitness professional and the founder of SOL MVMNT, a boutique group-fitness brand based in Arizona. She specializes in barre, Pilates, HIIT, circuit training, and strength-based formats, delivering results-driven classes that are inclusive, engaging, and adaptable to all fitness levels.

Ahlora holds multiple nationally recognized certifications, including AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, AFAA Practical Pilates, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, Mama Barre, and PSC Mat Pilates. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes strong fundamentals, intentional movement, and a motivating class environment. She is passionate about creating elevated fitness experiences that leave participants feeling strong, confident, and energized.

10–15 classes weekly. Barre, Pilates, Slow Sculpt, Sculpt & Tone, HIIT (Tabata & Circuit Training), and Strength Training. Founder and lead instructor of a boutique group fitness business focused on strength, movement quality, accountability, and community. Classes incorporate resistance training, Pilates-based core work, functional movement, and high-intensity intervals for all fitness levels.

2024 – 2025 · Queen Creek Recreation Center, Queen Creek, AZ, USA
2–4 classes weekly. Mat Pilates. Taught alignment-focused Pilates classes emphasizing core stability, posture, controlled movement, and functional strength for a diverse population ranging from beginners to active older adults.

2022 – 2025 · Mama Barre, Scottsdale Metro Area, AZ, USA
3–5 classes weekly. Barre and Postnatal Barre. Specialized in low-impact, high-intensity barre programming with an emphasis on posture, core strength, pelvic floor awareness, and functional movement for pre- and postnatal clients.

2022 – 2023 · VASA Fitness, Phoenix Metro Area, AZ, USA
4–6 classes weekly. HIIT, Strength Training, and Pilates-inspired formats. Coached large-group classes focused on cardiovascular conditioning, muscular endurance, and full-body strength using timed intervals and progressive overload.
