Reena Johal

I am a yoga teacher from England and have done all my trainings in India with many years experience behind me in teaching spiritual practices such as yoga, meditation, mindfulness I am also an ecstatic dance facilitator. My grandfather was a yoga teacher along with in India therefore I have grown up with these practices in my family, I truly believe everyone can benefit from incorporating these practices into their lives and it’s never to late to start. Also yoga is for everyone, no matter what their physically capacities are, I am also a trained PT and have worked with many clients whom have health conditions so clients are in safe hands. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and alternatives are offered in every class so that they are suitable for all levels of practitioners.
