Kristin Otto

Kristin is a yoga and strength-based group fitness instructor with a passion for introducing others to group exercise, creating and fostering community, fostering opportunities for mindfulness, and challenging participants to push past their expectations for themselves. She draws from her 200-hr yoga certification in Vinyasa Yoga, with particular focus on Power Vinyasa, Inversions and Arm Balances, and Yin Yoga, to develop engaging and welcoming experiences for her participants to develop mind-body connections. She also maintains an ACE Group Exercise Certification, and especially enjoys teaching strength-based group fitness classes.
