MaryAnn Hayes

Hi! My name is MaryAnn Hayes. I am a 200-hour certified yoga instructor. Yoga gives me such a feeling of peace and gratitude and I enjoy when that feeling is spread to others through their practice. Movement, stretching and breath work help to bring that feeling to the yogi. I am always honored to guide individuals through a practice. I live in New Jersey and currently teach at yoga studio as well as a community center.
