As a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) and experienced yoga and meditation teacher, I specialize in guiding individuals through a holistic healing journey that integrates movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and energy healing. With a 500-hour yoga teacher training in yoga therapy, my approach goes beyond traditional yoga practice—focusing on the therapeutic application of yoga to support emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

Yoga therapy is a personalized, evidence-based practice that blends yogic tools—such as postures, breathwork, and meditation—with modern therapeutic techniques to address specific health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, and nervous system dysregulation. My expertise lies in helping women release stored trauma, regulate their nervous system, and cultivate inner peace by combining yoga with somatic therapy, EMDR, and Reiki energy healing.

As a licensed mental health therapist with certifications as a health coach (IIN), EMDR therapist (EMDRIA), and Reiki master (Wellgood Works), I create immersive, transformative experiences in my classes. Whether leading sunrise meditation, mindful movement sessions, or deep relaxation practices, my goal is to provide a sanctuary where guests can reconnect with themselves, restore balance, and leave feeling renewed.
