I am a 300-hour Registered Yoga Teacher in multi-styled Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, and I have the joy of co-creating Yoga in the Park Gals and co-owning Yoga Gals Space with my wonderful mother, Lisa Stiens. For me, yoga is more than just a practice; it’s a way of life that inspires continuous growth, acceptance, and the beauty of new beginnings.
Yoga is where I find solace and connection—not only with myself but also with others. I believe that yoga is a healing practice that unites us all; it is accessible to everyone, regardless of background or experience. Each individual is unique, and so is their journey on the mat. I cherish the opportunity to share this transformative practice, guiding others as they discover their own paths to self-awareness and contentment.
My yoga mat has become a sanctuary—a place where I cultivate the mind-body connection and explore the depths of my being. The challenges I’ve faced along the way have deepened my appreciation for the ongoing journey of learning and growth. I remain forever a student, excited to absorb new insights and share them with my community.
When I’m not teaching, I love spending quality time with my husband, our beautiful baby girl, and our two playful fur babies, Johnny Cash and Willie Nelson. I treasure gatherings with family and friends, and I am always seeking adventure in the great outdoors and exploring new places. Life is a beautiful journey, and I’m grateful for every moment of connection and experience it brings.
