As a former All-American Athlete, and current salsa and bachata dancer, moving my body has always been a top priority for me! I started swimming as a toddler, played waterpolo through college, and have danced latin dance since high school. I bring in my background in instruction, fitness, and musicality to make my cycling classes personalized and safe, evidence-based, high energy and motivating. and My objective as a cycling instructor is to provide personalized, engaging, and dynamic fitness instruction that help participants safely reach their diverse fitness goals.
