Sara is a fitness professional with over 21 years of experience in the industry.  Through her many years as an instructor, she has taught turbokick, PiYo, Zumba, Aqua Zumba, Pilates and Cycle.  She is currently a dedicated instructor for yoga, core training, endurance-based weight training and kickboxing.  She strives to help clients build balanced, resilient bodies.  Her sessions weave mobility and breath with strength and cardio so you leave feeling strong, centered and energized-never overwhelmed.  She meets you exactly where you are and builds from there.

Professionally certified as an ACE Personal Trainer, YMCA Foundations of Group Exercise (through ACE), Sara also holds MOSSA credentials in Group Power, Group Fight, and Group Core. Expect clear cues, smart progressions and form-focused coaching that keeps workouts safe and effective.  Whether you are new to fitness or leveling up, she designs training that fits your goals and your life.

Known for her warm, positive coaching style, Sara creates a welcoming environment where every win counts.  Helping people achieve their fitness goals is her highest priority- she'll help you set a plan, stay accountable, and celebrate your progress along the way.  With Sara you'll build strength, confidence, and skills that last.  Sara prioritizes her strength and health to be a good example for her two young sons.
