Anne Jones is a qualified, highly professional Fitness Instructor.
Born in Australia but now residing in the UK as a British citizen, she has always been passionate about fitness. Working full time as a qualified fitness instructor since 1989.
With over 30 years teaching experience in multiple group fitness disciplines. Currently working full time teaching 19 classes a week, including Studio Cycling (Spinning), Yoga, Pilates, Multi-Fit, Circuit Training, TRX, Aqua Aerobics, Core, Body Conditioning & Resistance Bands.
In her spare time Anne loves to take walks with her Cavapoo dog (Willow) and travelling to beautiful places.
