I'm a 3rd Generation Joseph H. Pilates classically trained instructor.  I honor the order, the pacing, the transitions, and the principles.  I teach the system as it was crafted with the entire spectrum of equipment. Teaching how moves progress, how exercises are linked, and how themes are demonstrated in the system. I've been a Pilates Practitioner since 2011, Comprehensive Certification from Real Pilates Studio, NY, Certified Breast Cancer Rehab Specialist since 2020 through the Pink Ribbon Program.
