Elleson Rezewski

Hi, I’m Ellie! Lover of all things movement, mindfulness, and breath. Aka, yoga! What started as a hobby to stay active a few years ago has grown into a deep passion that supports my physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

After graduating from university in the spring of 2024, I pursued my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through Lahari Yoga Studio. While I wasn’t quite sure how to use my degree yet, I knew I wanted to dive deeper into the transformative practice of yoga that has become such a vital part of my life.

I strongly believe that yoga is for every body, regardless of experience or physical ability. My goal as a teacher is to create a space where you feel empowered, supported, and inspired to explore your practice in a way that feels right for you. I’m so excited to share my passion for yoga and continue learning alongside this wonderful community!
