Nicole Heron

I am an energetic Pisces who loves to motivate people to push themselves, even on vacation! I got certified in spin in 2017 and for group fitness in 2019, I have pilates and barre training and am interested in teaching aquafit. I have taken every opportunity to take workshops and gain knowledge and experience to teach innovative and encouraging classes. I love finding new music and remixed oldies. I enjoy taking my son (6 years old) out on his bike or for hikes. I love doing cold water dips to make the most of winter and in the summer I enjoy paddleboarding.
