I’m a certified 200-hour yoga teacher as well as a professional athlete in the past, with a deep passion for guiding others on their journey of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. I started my journey in 2020 practicing in my own being locked in at home during pandemic times. It was the most transformative year! First time ever I was able to hear myself, my own body and mind, I was able to find my inner peace though the specific body movements. Eventually that drastically improved my sleep and my stress levels. During that year I lost 18 pounds without really changing my diet. In 2023, I decided to finally get certified. With expertise in Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Meditation, I create personalized classes that blend strength, flexibility, relaxation, and mindfulness. I use movement and breath to help students cultivate balance and harmony in both their bodies and minds.
In addition to physical practice, I integrate elements of spiritual healing, offering a holistic approach to wellness specifically like essential oil therapy that encourages self-awareness, deep relaxation, inner peace, pain and/or dress relieving. Whether guiding you through a dynamic flow or leading a restorative session, I foster a nurturing and inclusive space where all students can explore their own unique path to healing and transformation.
I believe yoga is not just a practice, but a way of life — one that cultivates presence, gratitude, and a deeper connection to oneself. It’s the way of exploring yourself through opening your heart and mind.
