Yoga & Reiki are my passions, I love to help students support their whole being. My goal is to share the wonderful benefits of yoga, meditation & reiki that I discovered on my own journey, so that students can have a joyful journey of their own. It is a joy for me to see the change in a student’s body, mind and spirit after a session.. I have a B. S. in Education from Bloomsburg University, a Registered Yoga Teacher Certification from the Yoga Education Institute, Fitour Certification and a Reiki Master Certification. To keep my practice growing I have attended workshops at Yoga Education Institute, The Himalayan Institute, Kripalu and The World Yoga Center. I have been teaching yoga for 16 yrs. & doing reiki for 11 yrs.
