Lindsay Sorem

My name is Lindsay Sorem. 

I own a Pilates studio in Edina, MN. 
I teach private and group classes including use of the reformer, tower, Pilates chair and Mat Pilates. 
I am a comprehensive Balanced Body certified instructor with continuing education including advanced biomechanics.
Last week I was staying at the Hyatt Dreams Playa Mujeres and offered a pop up Mat Pilates class and had 24 participants. It was so successful that I offered a class the next morning.

After teaching my class I met a yoga instructor who is a member of your program. She told me all about it; and suggested I apply. 
In the past I have taught many other Mat Pilates classes at local parks, private backyards and gyms. 
I am 49 years old, love to workout, travel and teach Pilates.
