With over 10 years of experience as a fitness coach, I am dedicated to helping individuals
transform their lives through nutrition, exercise, and holistic wellness. My journey began in 2013,
when I faced the challenges of overcoming obesity and recovering from a stroke. This
experience sparked my passion for fitness and led me to specialize in strength training,
nutrition, and health coaching. Over the years, I’ve successfully helped clients reverse health
conditions like Type 2 diabetes and overcome common fitness obstacles. Whether clients are
beginners or looking to reach more advanced fitness goals, I work with them to develop
sustainable, personalized plans that empower lasting change. I also have the experience and
knowledge to help clients progress toward competitive bodybuilding if that's part of their journey.
