Rebecca Giudici

Rebecca is an energetic yoga enthusiast and lifelong student.  Building strong rapport with students she comes with a background in Improv Comedy and 15 years in technology sales.   Her background has set the foundation for success in life.
Rebecca graduated from Western New England University in 2006 with a Bachelor's degree in communication and a double minor in media and philosophy.  She and a fellow student founded WNEU's first Improv Troupe, Improv on the Rocks, which runs today after 20 years.
Post graduation Rebecca continued with the arts by traveling with (2) off-broadway plays...Tony N' Tina's Wedding and Finnagin's Farewell.  She continued with Improv Comedy being part of a local Troupe and teaching classes.
From 2011-2024 Rebecca worked for Deep Blue Communications in complex technology sales.  She was an award-winning (highest sales) account executive, for multiple years, opening new verticals that helped lend itself to the final merger that was Comcast Business.
In 2016-2018 Rebecca became 200 Hour Yoga Teacher and Meditation certified with Kim Beekman through Yoga Alliance.  She continued her certifications with Beekman's InnerAlign Coaching training (200 Hours).  She also received her final Master Reiki Certification with Beekman. In 2022 Rebecca became certified to teach Children's Yoga as well as Trauma Informed Yoga in 2024. 
In 2024 Rebecca left her corporate career to lean in and raise her young family.  She continued her Yoga passion by teaching a weekly Vinyasa flow class at the Saratoga Springs, NY, YMCA.  As her family grows she aspires to take on private yoga and InnerAlign coaching.
