Colleen Reid

In the late 1990s and early 2000s I was a personal trainer and fitness instructor for over 10 years while I was completing graduate school in Kinesiology at UBC. Since that time I have been teaching at a college in Vancouver, BC. While working as a professor I have stayed active with running, yoga, Crossfit, skiing, and tennis. In 2004 I completed my yoga teacher training and have been instructing at a yoga studio in Vancouver 1-2 times per week. Now in my 50s I see yoga as a way to stay active and fit.
