Trained through YogaFit and certified in Vinyasa Yoga, Michelle brings a strong foundation in anatomy, safe alignment, and trauma-sensitive instruction. She places a strong emphasis on the connection between mental health and movement, recognizing yoga as a powerful tool for stress reduction, emotional regulation, and nervous system balance. Whether guiding beginners or experienced practitioners, Michelle creates a welcoming and empowering environment where students can explore the practice at their own pace.
