Irene Chan

My name is Irene and I reside in Bedminster, NJ. I have been personal training for almost 6 years (started in 7/2002), and am certified through AFAA. I also have a B.S. in Sports Management from St. John's University (Queens, NY). I have always been active from a young age. I swam competitively for 12 years and earned a full swimming scholarship to St. John's Division I program. After I stopped swimming competitively, I got into weight lifting to stay in shape. I really enjoy working out and the benefits that come from it, which is why I begun personal training. Although I don't swim competitively anymore, I still stay very active with other sports. I’m a very avid snowboarder, getting out onto a mountain anywhere between 20-30 times a season, and love going on snowboard trips, in and out of the country. Some of my other hobbies/interests include traveling, hiking, running, playing tennis... to name a few.
