- I began teaching Aerobics in 1983! 43 years of a profession in an awesome industry. Today I teach at UFC Gym in Placerville, CA It's crazy wild, I'll meet new members to our Gym that took my classes thru the years at various locations! That's fun. Some I've met during my teaching vacations with Fitbodies! I'm blessed and thankful.
