I have been teaching and loving yoga, Pilates, kickboxing, cardio dance, weight training, ballet, country line/couples dance, latin dance, hip hop and weight control classes for over 20 years. The love of dance started with childhood training and has continued to be an important committment. Classes are fun, motivating and always enjoyed by any level or group. My reputation for being "fun and fit" has allowed me to teach in grade school programs, college courses, fitness centers, personal training and many organization benefits.
