I've been in the field of exercise science for over 15 years, both in science and practice. I began as a personal trainer where I acceled due to my intense studies as an undergraduate. This led me to pursue bigger things in the field of sports performance, where I focused my attention for the over 7 years. I rapidly climbed the ladder of success until I made my way into training some of the top athletes in a variety of sports, including over 15 NFL 1st Round draft picks. In 2012, I started working for the 75th Ranger Regiment, US Army Special Operations, as a performance coach and moved into their lead Human Performance Coordinator.
