Alicia Guerra

I am a certified personal trainer but my passion is yoga.  I have a 500 RYT level training.  I have been actively teaching many formats of yoga in busy studios in the Denver, Colorado community. I can teach hot yoga, vinyasa flow and weighted sculpt type hybrid classes.   I teach all levels of students from beginners to advanced sequences with arm balances/inversions.   

I travel frequently throughout the globe and enjoy taking resort based yoga classes.  I travel to hike, ride bikes, play competitive tournament tennis and relax.  I would love the opportunity to bring these passions of teaching and travel together.  

You will note from my education and work history that I have worked in healthcare administration and the health insurance industry utilizing my Master's degree in Public Health from UCLA.  I am committed to a healthy lifestyle and the universal language of yoga allows me to make a difference.
