Andre Spence

Born and raised in Southern California, Andre began his dancing interest in high school; attending school and community dances and being the center of attention. It came naturally as he also was a star musician in the schools band playing both wind instruments and being he captain of the Drumline. In College he majored in music and took ballroom dance lessons at local salsa nightclubs in Virginia Beach. While living in Florida,Andre incorporated dance in the high school marching band experience for his students and continues to do so currently bank home in California.

Family Medical Complication brought Andre back to California and his mom introduced him to Zumba. He immediately took a liking to it and danced in his mom’s (as well as other instructors) classes for 10 years before deciding to get certified. 
Andre currently teaches 3 classes a week across 2 gyms, guest teaches and subs at various gyms and studios, and holds corporate masterclasses at School districts in Southern California for teachers and students.
