With a background in studio-trained dance and a lifelong love for movement, I found my true calling in Pilates in 2023—and never looked back. What started as a passion quickly became a purpose. Now, I’m on a mission to share the strength, control, and grace of classical Pilates with anyone ready to feel empowered in their body.

By day, I work in tech, but by evening and weekend, you’ll find me on the mat, teaching weekly and subbing regularly for group mat classes of up to 12 students. My teaching style blends the discipline of training with the creativity and energy I honed through years of dance. I continue to train under advanced classical instructors to deepen my craft, always bringing fresh insight and intention to every class.
