About Me

I’m a passionate yoga instructor and holistic nutrition coach with training in India and teaching experience in Switzerland. My work brings together body awareness, breath, and mindful living – supporting people in finding strength, balance, and calm in their everyday lives.

I teach a blend of Hatha, Yin, Hatha Flow, and Ashtanga yoga. My classes offer a space for deep connection – with yourself, your breath, and the present moment. Whether flowing or still, dynamic or gentle, each practice is guided with presence, clarity, and compassion.

Alongside my work as a coach and teacher, I’m currently studying nutritional sciences. My academic focus lies in mindful eating, especially within families and with children. I’m passionate about creating accessible, practical ways for families to build healthier and more conscious relationships with food.

As a nutrition coach, I emphasize intuitive, down-to-earth approaches. I support people in reconnecting with their bodies and needs – without pressure, but with curiosity, empathy, and joy.
