I’ve always loved to move my body, working out quickly became a hobby of mine from a young age. What started as a way to stay active soon turned into something much more meaningful. For me, fitness isn't just about physical health, it’s been a huge part of supporting my mental health, too. Moving my body, pushing through challenges, and building strength have always helped me feel grounded, confident, and empowered.
In January 2023, I stepped into the role of instructor at MŌV Fit Club, a local studio in my hometown in New-Brunswick, Canada, and it completely shifted my path. What started as a single spin class quickly turned into a full-blown passion. I now teach 4 to 5 classes a week and love every minute of it.
My goal in every class is to create a space where people feel strong, motivated, and proud of showing up for themselves. Whether we’re on the bike riding to the beat or sweating it out in a high-intensity circuit, I’m all about bringing the energy, keeping it real, and pushing together through the work.
Whether we’re riding to the rhythm or high-intensity circuits, I’ll be right there with you, cheering you on, pushing you through, and celebrating every single win.
