Patricia Marlene Travers-Smith

I have been a group fitness instructor for over 30 years.    25 of these years have been with GoodLife Fitness in London, Ontario.     I have taught many different disciplines over the years (step, cycling, core) but currently am teaching yoga, hot yoga, pilates and strength classes.    Instructing group fitness is truly my passion.   I currently teach six classes per week.   I am committed to helping others live fitter, stronger, healthier lives!
