My journey with yoga began seven years ago when I discovered its power to transform not just my body, but my entire mental, physical, and emotional well-being. What started as a physical practice quickly became a sacred space where I found peace and balance that extended far beyond the mat. This deep sense of grounding and inner alignment inspired me to dive into yoga’s philosophy and ultimately become a teacher, so I could share that same transformation with others.
Today, I specialize in gentle flow vinyasa, hatha and yin style flow thoughtfully incorporating modifications to make each pose accessible to every body, regardless of experience. I am a certified Breath and Stretch Coach with additional certifications in chair yoga and restorative yoga. My classes blend soft music with a strong emphasis on alignment, creating a calm, supportive space where students can reconnect with themselves and feel at ease.
