I have been a group fitness instructor since 2016, and currently hold a general group fitness certification, a personal training certification, Les Mills BodyPUMP and BodyCOMBAT, and am in the process of completing my Yoga 200 Training.  I have taught cycling, general group fitness classes focused on cardio and strength training, Pilates/Barre and Aqua Aerobics and Strength, and Bootcamp-style classes.
