I have been a group fitness instructor since 2016, and currently hold a general group fitness certification, a personal training certification, Les Mills BodyPUMP and BodyCOMBAT, and Yoga YTT200. I have taught cycling, general group fitness classes focused on cardio and strength training, Pilates/Barre and Aqua Aerobics and Strength, and Bootcamp-style classes. My Yoga training is in Vinyasa, Yinyasa, Yin, and Restorative styles. I am completing my STRONGNation
