I’m Cátia  born in portugal but moved to uk when I was 25. 
Always danced salsa merengue and other latins rhythms with my friends and took lessons for a while .

once I moved into uk that stopped and I’m truly grateful for finding zumba something  that helped me in so many ways.

dancing makes me happy teaching and making people happy is just a blessing . Watching people energy go sky eye is the best feeling .
