Veerle Beelen

I'm a certified Zumba, Zumba Toning, and Circle Mobility instructor with over 14 years of experience leading dynamic, fun, and inclusive group fitness classes in gyms and studios internationally. I'm also trained in Latin dance and taught salsa and bachata for about five years at various dance schools.

In addition to fitness, I'm a certified Travel Coach, Life Coach, and meditation trainer. I combine the transformational power of travel with coaching that helps individuals align with their ideal lifestyle, purpose, and a deeper connection to themselves and others. I publish weekly meditations on Insight Timer and work with coaching clients globally. As a certified Reiki Master, I also integrate energy healing into my holistic wellness approach.

I speak English, Spanish and Dutch and I’m currently based in the Netherlands. I'm passionate about creating uplifting experiences for diverse communities — whether through dance, mindfulness, or transformational travel!
