Professional focal points include strength & conditioning, personal training, group exercise, training program development, team leadership, injury prevention, client relationship development, operations management, exercise physiology, corrective exercise, and customer service. Delivering superior administration in the latter areas of expertise requires effective communication skills, business acumen, and resource management to support efficiency and maximum returns.

I am the Owner of Mangol Strength and Conditioning and am a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Under my leadership, I deliver comprehensive training to many client populations, including the physically disabled, athletic training, special needs, and children. In addition, I design individualized training programs that decrease the risk of injury by fixing movement patterns and asymmetries.  I provide effective personal training for ANY body!
