My approach blends the behavior change science of national board certification with the root-cause, systems-based lens of functional medicine. I’ve had the privilege of working with collaborative healthcare teams for the past 10 years to support individuals dealing with autoimmune conditions, digestive disorders, cardiovascular disease, anxiety, type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure. I don't diagnose or treat, but I partner with clients to implement realistic lifestyle changes around nutrition, sleep, stress management, movement, and mindset, often resulting in significant improvements in both daily energy and long-term health.
For the past 5 years, I’ve worked in corporate and first responder wellness. This work has deepened my focus on stress resilience, nervous system health, cardiovascular health, and mental well-being. I work with individuals across different industries and roles, from factory workers to C-Suite professionals, and everyone in between.
