Sierrah Knorp

Hi! I’m Sierrah, a Yoga Sculpt instructor, lifelong mover, and passionate advocate for mind-body wellness. My journey as a teacher actually began long before yoga entered the picture—I started leading Aquasize classes at just 16 years old and continued through college, where I also competed as a collegiate athlete in cross country and track. Movement has always been my medicine, and today you can still find me soaking in the outdoors on hikes whenever I can.

I officially began my yoga teaching journey in 2012 in Minneapolis, where I completed my Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training and taught at a nonprofit yoga studio. From 2016 to 2018, I taught at a range of studios including Tru Fit and CorePower Yoga, spreading my love for music-driven, strength-infused yoga classes. I took a step back to focus on building my private mental health therapy practice and embracing the life-changing adventure of motherhood—but my heart never left the mat.

In September 2024, I returned to teaching at CorePower Yoga, and it’s been a joyful reawakening. I bring with me a deeper perspective rooted in my work as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist specializing in somatic healing, Reiki, Sound Bowl Healing, AcuDetox, and trauma-informed care. I see movement as a pathway to healing and self-empowerment, and my classes aim to energize your body while nourishing your nervous system.

Whether we’re pulsing in chair pose or flowing through biceps curls to a beat, my goal is to create a space where you feel strong, supported, and fully alive. I believe in the power of community, connection, and the simple magic of showing up—exactly as you are. Let’s sculpt, sweat, and shine together!
