Hello I’m a Zumba, Zumba Step which is my favorite to teach, Strong Nation, Personal Trainer, HITT, Mindset Coach and Circl Mobility Instructor. I have a love for the body and what’s it’s able to do and Zumba found me when I began to fall  during 2024 my first year that I didn’t  write down any goals like I had done so many previous years before. I remember I mumbled a prayer and that was all. Truth be told I was facing my Goliath health scare and that mumbled prayer was like David’s slingshot and rock and we know how that story goes, well let me tell you how my story went and is going. That mumbled prayer was answered now what I had prayed about for 10 years I had written about but this prayer was different, it was my 1st time praying about something and leaving it there because my prayer was a Supernatural ask and I believe GOD honored the ask because I asked. In asking GOD I was not just asking but believing that HE could do it because I was bold enough to ask. And yes I’m still here. So a girl who didn’t write down any goals for 2024 achieved all those instructors license in 2024 I even completed one on 12/31/24 Yes I have a love for the body which also leads me to becoming a health and wellness advocate. I’m so grateful that I get to do the things I love and help people along the way change the direction of their life.
