Physician assistant turned "SAHM" of two wild and crazy kiddos. Our family LOVES to travel and we hate cold weather. My husband and I talk about moving south every winter but haven't made it yet. Mom life gets rough. Thank goodness we joined the YMCA several years ago and they had the best childcare and group fitness classes. I have been teaching a variety of formats there since January 2023. I loved teaching so much I decided to pursue a comprehensive classical Pilates teacher training through Real Pilats NYC.
