As a yoga teacher and lifelong traveler, I’m passionate about blending movement, mindfulness, and cultural immersion into transformative experiences. My path began with a deep commitment to personal growth and fitness and evolved into a love for yoga as a tool for healing, strength, and self-awareness. I believe yoga is more than a practice — it’s a way of life that reconnects us to vitality, purpose, and presence. Teaching around the world would allow me to share this powerful practice while engaging with new communities and environments that inspire growth.
I bring a dynamic teaching style grounded in hot vinyasa flow and breath-led movement, while also adapting to the needs of diverse students — from beginners to experienced practitioners, from athletes to older adults. My classes are accessible, inclusive, and designed to meet students where they are, whether they’re looking to energize, relax, or reconnect. With a background in law and entrepreneurship, I understand the stressors of modern life and aim to create space for transformation and renewal through yoga. I hold a 200-hour certification and am currently completing my 300-hour advanced training, with a focus on embodiment, presence, and teaching with intention. Travel fuels my curiosity, yoga keeps me grounded, and I’m most alive when combining both. My goal is to uplift, educate, and leave every student feeling more connected — body, mind, and spirit.
I live in Northern Kentucky with my wife, Kate, and our small, joyful pack of two dogs and two cats. When I’m not teaching or traveling, you’ll find me hiking, reading, playing guitar, scuba diving, or exploring new ways to live with more freedom and presence. I believe that yoga belongs everywhere — on the beach, in the studio, in daily life — and I’m honored to share it with people from all walks of life.
