Kaitlyn Couture

I’m a yoga teacher, somatic breathwork facilitator, spin instructor, personal trainer, aerial yoga instructor, Reiki facilitator and sound healer with a deep passion for helping others reconnect to their bodies and inner peace. My approach blends structure and softness—rooted in years of experience supporting people across all ages and walks of life, from studio classes and private sessions to corporate wellness environments.

My journey began over a decade ago through CorePower Yoga and has since expanded into sound healing and trauma-informed somatic breathwork. I’ve led wellness sessions for the Jay Shetty company, including private yoga for his Genius community and breathwork designed to improve employee well-being and emotional resilience.

As a former Division 1 athlete, and with my husband serving as a Navy SEAL, performance and discipline are familiar territory—but we both deeply value the yin: the rest, recovery, and inner stillness required for true sustainability and high-level living. This philosophy guides the way I teach: with a balance of grounded strength and nurturing spaciousness, allowing each person to return home to themselves.

Whether in a group, corporate, or 1:1 setting, my intention is to hold space where people feel safe to soften, breathe deeper, and reconnect to what matters most. My husband and I will be traveling abroad for 8 months and we would love to exchange our skillsets during our travels. I hope to hear from you soon.
