Hi! I’m Luda Safransky, a certified yoga instructor who believes in making wellness accessible, joyful, and grounded in real life. I currently teach free community yoga classes and love creating inclusive, welcoming spaces where everyone can reconnect with their body and breath—no matter their experience level. With a deep passion for travel and mindfulness, I enjoy combining movement, culture, and connection wherever I go. I look forward to sharing the joy of yoga with you!
