I’ve been passionate about group fitness since I was 13, and I’ve carried that love throughout my life. I bring a fun, positive, and energetic vibe to every class I lead, with a focus on helping others feel confident, strong, and connected to their bodies! My extensive background in the medical and scientific field has deepened my understanding of how movement supports long-term health, and I believe physical fitness is a powerful predictor of overall quality of life.
I’m especially passionate about the connection between nature and wellbeing - I believe grounding and being outdoors are powerful, natural ways to boost energy, elevate mood, and enhance the mind-body experience during movement. I’m currently certified in Barre Above and CPR/AED. I am excited to share movement and motivation in beautiful settings around the world!!
