Born and raised in Vineland, New Jersey, I was nurtured by a loving and supportive family that encouraged my passion for movement and expression from a young age. I began my dance journey at the age of six, which eventually led me to attend a performing arts high school where I majored in dance. My dedication to wellness and the mind-body connection guided me to further my education at Virginia State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2009 and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology in 2011.
I served as a federal government employee from 2011 to 2022, and during that time, I became a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in 2020. I began my therapy career that same year and opened my own private practice in November 2023.
In March 2020, during a deeply personal season of change, I found healing through the transformative practice of yoga and my faith in God. This profound experience inspired me to deepen my journey, leading me to Costa Rica in February 2023, where I completed a 20-day immersive yoga teacher training with the School Yoga Institute. Since then, I have taught classes throughout the year and created a special seasonal offering Yoga and Grief Holiday Series—dedicated to nurturing emotional wellness during the winter months.
Currently, I am a full-time psychotherapist and a part-time yoga instructor, committed to supporting my local community through wellness workshops and events. With a heart for healing, I am eager to expand my reach internationally and share the practice of yoga in luxury resort and hotel settings. My intention is to help guests reconnect with themselves, restore balance, and embrace well-being through thoughtful, heart-centered instruction.
