With over 15 years of experience in group fitness and a passion for helping others move with purpose, I bring high energy, expert knowledge, and a commitment to safe, effective programming to every class I lead. I’m an ACE-certified Group Fitness Instructor and have taught a wide range of formats, including strength, cardio, and choreographed movement classes, in both large and small group settings.

I currently coach formats like Alpha Conditioning, GTX, Strictly Strength, and Cardio Remix at Life Time Fitness in Tempe, Arizona, where I tailor each class to meet participants where they are—focusing on heart rate training, proper movement patterns, and delivering fun, results-driven experiences. My passion for fitness extends beyond the gym: I love innovating, learning new techniques, and exploring global trends to keep classes fresh and engaging.

I am also known for being highly adaptable and quick to learn and master new formats, which allows me to step into any fitness setting with confidence and professionalism. Whether it’s a new class style or a different environment, I thrive in the challenge of keeping things fresh, effective, and enjoyable for all participants.

From launching Surge Strength at Mountainside Fitness to mentoring new instructors and introducing High Fitness to new communities, I value every opportunity to connect, lead, and inspire. Whether guests are trying a class for the first time or are seasoned regulars, my goal is always to create a welcoming space where movement feels empowering—and fun!
