Emily Schultz

Emily began her yoga journey in 2020, initially practicing virtually due to the COVID pandemic. She quickly discovered the profound impact yoga had on her stress and anxiety, providing a much-needed escape and time for self-reflection. As her interest in yoga grew, she transitioned to in-person classes and was immediately drawn to the supportive community she found there. Inspired by her personal experiences and the positive changes yoga brought to her life, Emily pursued a 200-hour yoga teacher training. 

Emily finds joy in hearing stories from fellow practitioners about how yoga has benefited them—whether physically, mentally, or otherwise. She cherishes the opportunity to guide individuals through their practice, fostering a sense of connection. Her teaching style is creative, and she values kindness and empathy, believing that the best instructors genuinely care about their students' well-being.

In her classes, Emily emphasizes the importance of communication, guiding students through their practice while ensuring an excellent client service experience. She is eager to share her passion for yoga with others.
