Hi! I'm an RN with a bad case of wanderlust! I am certified to teach Yoga, I am a true believer when it comes to the transformative power of Yoga. I currently teach yoga at the Houston YMCA as well as in employee wellness at Houston Methodist Hospital. I am starting a travel yoga company with a friend of mine who is a certified massage therapist. I love meeting new people and helping them discover their inner strengths, build healthy habits and live the best life possible.
